Rejuran (婴儿针) is an anti-aging treatment that many people swear by. In case you missed it, Rejuran is a salmon DNA-based polynucleotide filler which has regenerative and anti-aging properties.

Which type of Rejuran is suitable for me?
The original Rejuran is good for all skin types. If you have specific skin concerns, you may consider the following types:
Rejuran HB contains a mix of polynucleotides and hyaluronic acid, which is good for dehydrated and dry skin. The combination of the two substances accelerates extracellular matrix hydration, and promotes collagen synthesis. It is different from skinboosters, which do not contain the polynucleotides which are important for skin repair and regeneration.
Rejuran S is suitable for those with scars. It is of a thicker viscosity, and is therefore better able to fill up depressed scars, while at the same time stimulating repair of the scar tissue. Rejuran S can be used in combination with other scar treatments such as Fractional CO2 laser, or Infini, for better synergistic effect.
Rejuran I is specially formulated for the delicate eye area, to reduce wrinkles and fine lines around the eyes. The results can be further enhanced with other treatments like Botox, Thermage, Ultherapy, and/or lasers.

Treatment course
It takes about an hour, including time for numbing cream – perfect for that lunchtime treatment. There may be visible bumps, mild redness and/or bruising at the injection sites after the treatment.
It is recommended to have 3-4 treatments spaced 1 month apart, except Rejuran I which is recommended to be repeated every 2 weeks. It may take a few weeks for the effects of Rejuran to be apparent, as the damaged skin cells take time to repair. However, the results are generally long lasting, and repeat treatments can be done 6-9 months apart if desired.
