They are usually characterized by their sharp, defined edges. They can be shallow or deep, depending on the trauma your skin experienced and the healing process of your skin. 💢 ICE PICK SCARS: They are deep and narrow scars. They often extend into the deeper layers of the skin. Fractional lasers are not very effective for the treatment of ice pick scars.
