SCARS / KELOIDS

Our skin heals naturally when it is injured. Sometimes, scars may persist after the wound heals. Some scars may also overgrow in response to the injury, resulting in keloids or hypertrophied scars. Treatment for scars and keloids may be difficult and need long term management.
